I am working on a new project simply called Still Lifes.
Still Life paintings by Johannes Vermeer, for example, and other masters of Still Life painting, are in my mind … exquisitely victorious. The use of lighting and the otherworldly presence they signify are overwhelmingly inspiring to me.
